Full creative, design, and production ~ with my staff on the ground. You show up to your own event. I bring the team.

~ Tier fees cover planning, design, coordination, and production labor. Vendors, venue, materials, and food are billed at cost directly to you ~ with any supplier perks (upgrades, credits, comps) passed through. Sustainability and accessibility requirements are baked in at every tier; tell me what you need on the inquiry form.

How it works

  • The brief call. One hour. You tell me who the people are, what moment we're building around, and how you want it to feel. No budget talk yet.
  • The proposal. Within 10 days: a written concept, vendor direction, sustainability + accessibility plan, and a budget framework. Approve or redirect.
  • The build. I source and book every piece. You get one living document. Nothing to coordinate. Nothing to chase.
  • The event. On The Deep, my team is on the ground. Something shifts, we shift with it. You're present for the people, not the logistics.
