- How far out should I inquire?
- Sustainability + cultural events: 8–16 weeks. Weddings and big productions (The Deep): 4–9 months. Tight timelines: ask. I'll tell you straight if it doesn't pencil out.
- Do you do non-sustainability events?
- Yes ~ cultural, community, beach/tropical, weddings, milestones. The through-line is "designed with care," not "must be eco." That said, I won't run a greenwash event ~ ask if you're unsure.
- What if I only need help with one piece?
- The Tide tier exists for exactly that ~ admin, vendor outreach, contract review. You stay in the captain's seat.
- Do you travel for events?
- Yes. Travel and lodging are billed at cost on top of the tier fee. Beach + tropical destination events are a specialty.
- Accessibility + sustainability requirements?
- Built in at every tier. Tell me what you need in the form below and it gets factored into the proposal.
